How to play

  1. The host chooses a prompt, such as "the best advice I ever got at work".
  2. Everyone writes an answer anonymously.
  3. Answers appear one at a time and everyone guesses the author.
  4. Points for correct guesses, and for writing answers that fool the team.

When to use it

Gentle enough for a team that does not know each other well, and fits neatly into a regular meeting.

Facilitator tip

Use it at the start of a retrospective to get everyone typing before the real discussion.
