When to use it
- Sprint planning with a remote or hybrid team
- Stories where people may imagine different work
- When one loud estimate tends to anchor everyone else
What it does
- Fibonacci, modified Fibonacci, T-shirt, powers of 2, hours or your own deck
- Join as a voter or just watch
- Auto-reveal once everyone has voted, plus a timer
- Export estimates as CSV for your tracker
How to use it
- Create a room. Name it, pick a deck and a card theme. No sign-up needed.
- Invite the team. Share the link or the QR code. People can join as voters or just watch.
- Add stories. Paste one story per line, or skip this and run quick rounds.
- Vote in secret. Everyone picks a card. Nobody sees the others until the cards are revealed.
- Reveal and agree. Talk about the highest and lowest votes, vote again if needed, then save the estimate and move on.
Tips
- A big spread is useful: it usually means people imagine different work. Ask both ends to explain.
- Turn on auto-reveal in the room settings so cards flip as soon as everyone has voted.
- Use the timer to keep discussions short, and Export CSV to copy the estimates into your tracker.

Frequently asked questions
Do people need an account to play?
No. They open the link or scan the QR code and pick a name.
Which deck should we use?
Fibonacci is the usual start. Use T-shirt sizes for rough sizing early on, and hours only if your team really plans in hours.
