💪 Superpowers

What are our strengths? What did we do brilliantly? For example: We debug production issues incredibly fast

🧪 Kryptonite

What weakens us? Where are we vulnerable? For example: Documentation is always out of date

🦹 Villains

What outside forces blocked our mission? For example: Shifting priorities from three stakeholders
